The description of me on the right is true; I am a freelance sportswriter. I also happen to have a full-time position in the advertising industry, doing research. Sports and advertising are passions of mine and I am fortunate to be involved in both industries, especially at my young age. While this seems to be a short note of filler, it is really to say welcome and to let you know that wherever you have found this blog from, you will see posts in which I will give my thoughts on the industry without the complete snark and jadedness - if that's a word - of young professionals who really don't want to be in the business. From time to time (maybe more often than not), I will blend both industries together to illustrate a point or discuss something that relates to both industry - an extension of my notes From the Lockerroom to the Boardroom from 'A Sports Scribe'.
